Privacy

Existes is a video series by Sergio (Gioser). This page explains what data is handled by this site and by the tool used to publish the videos.

This site

• It uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or forms.
• The server keeps a technical log of each request (IP address, date, requested page and browser), as any web server does, for security and to know which pages are read. It is kept for up to 90 days and shared with no one.
• YouTube videos are not loaded until someone presses “play”. From then on Google’s privacy policy applies; we use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

The publishing tool

Existes uses its own tool to upload its videos to YouTube, TikTok and Facebook through those platforms’ official APIs. It is used only by the author, on the author’s own accounts.

• It requests only the permissions needed to upload videos and edit their titles, descriptions and captions.
• The credentials issued by the platforms are stored on the author’s computer, never on this site or any other server.
• It does not read, store or process anyone else’s data: no followers, comments or messages.
• Access can be revoked at any time from each platform’s security settings.
